Pilates & Stretch

Over 8 years of experience teaching Pilates Mat and stretch classes to diverse clients both in person and online is supported by my teacher training through Balanced Body, a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, and many, many hours of hands-on experience in figuring out how the human body works. I strive to make my classes interesting, supportive, and accessible to anyone!
